We are launching 2 windows servers: one plesk server and one MSSQL database server.

We are searching a company (no individuals) to manage those servers (24 x 7). We would have been happy to give the management of those servers to TouchSupport but they do not provide yet full administration of windows servers the way they do it for linux. Anyway, we are searching for this kind of services (not less).
