Are you only looking for Hsphere hosting or are you open to considering Helm or Plesk as well?

Your budget is very nice for a 2GB - 3GB package. Try Reseller Offers and Request fourm (in advertisement section of WHT). You will definately find tons of hosting providers with good reviews on WHT which can provide you required space and resources within your budget.

If you're looking for unlimited control panels, you will have to look at providers *not* offering H-Sphere. H-Sphere licensing for a provider is based on a per-license (account) basis so unlimited is just not possible.


Take a look at Plesk Windows hosts. Outside of H-Sphere, I find plesk to be the best control panel for Windows.

Your budget should enable you to find quite a few providers which can offer you what you're looking for. I would also recommend checking out hosting directories like hostsearch.com, tophosts.com & webhostdir.com. Generally try to avoid massively oversold packages (thousands of GBs of transfer, etc).

if your wanting unlimited control panels, look for a host that will give you this as standard on all domains ie cp.domain or control.domain

I personally have only ever used Helm for windows and I know it works fine with Helm.

Helm sometimes can be very tricky but generally good.
There are quite a few hosting providers using Helm offer reseller package with unlimited hosting accounts.

I'd recommend finding a Windows plan with Plesk. That gives you a good control and all the standard features, usually. They have become fairly attractive in price as well.

The new Plesk 8.1 really outperforms the previous Plesk versions, so I'd look for a host who has Plesk 8.1.
