Does anyone know of a script that I can use to monitor my customers usage. I've seen on here that some people have something setup so when the customer uses an x amount of resources on the server within an x amount of time it suspends their account.

Any recommendations?

PRM will monitor a scripts usage which you can define to your liking. I dont think it will suspend an account, but it will kill off the script

having said that, I think there is a way to add custom commands to the script... you may well be able to add a command to suspend the scripts owner upon activation.
