Is it me or now you can't do online refunds?

whoa, I think you better call up your nearest WorldPay office and ask about this.. don't recall it happening on my account with them before though it doesnt sound very encouraging to be unable to give refunds online :eek:

Maybe they changed it because you don't have an merchant account but it sounds stupid anyway. I would contact them quickly. There might be a good reason why they disabled this feature for you. Good luck.

Does anyone know if it is just this persons account or if it is all accounts with WorldPay?

We dont experience problems with WP.

It has reverted back by itself, however hopefully they don't implement this on the 17th.

I have had nothing but problems paying people using world pay. Most payments I make are rejected, and I don't know why.

If not, contact the WorldPay or the company that you're paying and they should be able to check to see what exactly was the problem or what details were rejected.

I have paid companys using WorldPay on many occasions and have found no problems.
