how many potential webhosting customers are there in the web?

hehe i sadi more than 1000 that includes all numbers between 1000 and aaarrgghhh there is no sign for unlimited ( like -90° on number 8)

Just a stab in the dark.. MAybe 10-15,000 1-5 person deals maybe a couple hundred "companies"

It sounds like one-man-show is necessarily worse than "companies" (sorry if I'm wrong).

I had experience with many hostings, and now I have several sites - each one on different hosting, and I would say that a score between one-man-show and companies is 50:50.:)

one man show, goes to sleep, your server is all.... "alone in the dark©" :) dont even think about what happens if he decides to take a 2-week long vacation heheh :) and i personally think that most of the hosts @ WHT are less than 5 ppl, but some of them are doing very well so i guess at least 3 tech's are needed to provide some sort of 24/7 ( no way they can provide this but lets say 14h per day= its ok for 9$ per month i guess)
