Who is 'bitching' here besides you? Did I say anything about their quality of service/support? NO. I hope you don't treat your customers the same way. Downtime is downtime, I pay a lot of money for the server - which is not even the case here. If you have a nocster server that might be argue'able :), but i have to agree, give the people a good 15 minutes before posting something on WHT, not because it's not relavent information, but if everyone did this, we'd need a whole new forum to keep it from cluttering the ones relavent to other chitchat as it would get out of hand really quick (its not uncommon to slip 5 minutes of downtime for a lot of hosts, esp webhosting ones while they upgrade parts of their servers, reboot, what have you, and if the 200 clients on their boxes came to WHT to post... think of the disaster).
