server is cpanel centos 3.8 dedicated.

I couldn't connect server via SSH. Layeredtech tried to change the password but hey said

your authentication mechanism is not functioning (can't even login at local console)
after resetting password in single user mode.
You can request a KVM rental and attempt to resolve this remotely (KVM over IP)
or request an OS reload to resolve this one

I rent a KVM but my managment company couldnt login with KVM. I can login and reset hte server eith KVM but they couldnt

So i am trying to find a person who can fix this issue with KVM. Please write your quotes with pm and i can only pay yo if you can fix the issue.

Also we need to reset the root password
