I've been with Nocster since their first day of opening and I must say that there have been some bumps along the way (well, who doesn't?). There were a couple of outages and whatnot - but every time there was, people were quick to address the issues and the problems were solved within acceptable timeframes.
Then there was a big problem that effected my server - I could not create a second domain on my box whenever I assigned an IP to it... so after some problems with that I sent an e-mail to support.
Support could not figure out what was wrong and I must say that I was not too happy about that. But once the problem was discovered - which was some sort of IP conflict (I'm no hosting / unix guru) they fixed it in a jiffy - and to make it even better - I knew that Matt took over the support once he realized it took longer than normal to complete - and further, he compensated for their delay by providing me with a whole wad of additional IPs AND a follow-up e-mail.
I just want to say that I'm a VERY HAPPY customer of Nocster, and the guys on Technical Support have been great with me - especially Keith (who shares the same name with me =) who's helped me on numerous occasions.
So I just wanted to say THANKS to Matt, Jason, and Keith for their great work and support.
