They have been down for hours for me.
I just signed up with a reseller account. That's not a good sign!

I don't think it's them who are down, I believe they host their main domain, kualo.com with MCHost. If it is MCHost who is down, I am sure Marc and his team will be working on it :)

I can't really answer this but I would guess so their system status and help desk will remain up if they have a network outage. For example we host our system status and help desk at Ventures Online.

Plus, MChost is up.
MCHost have multiple servers, around 20 from what I recall.

Maybe for redundancy reasons. We have our main site on its own server away from our client's sites. You wouldn't want your main site on the same site where your clients are now, would you?

Hello:

Dennis here from Kualo Canada.

Due to circumstances beyond our own control our Kualo websites are down. As mentioned most of our clients websites are not down. We have been advised of the problem, and the time needed to rectify the situation. We have been monitoring the situation on a continuous basis.

We apoligize to any of our clients who have been inconvenienced as a few sites are still on the same server as our own.

You will probably know as soon as I do when they are up and we will be standing by with tech support to assist anyone as necessary.
