I am in the ebooks/ subscription forums industry, and I am searching for a merchant acc other than CSI/Charge.com/CDG that doesnt handle support ticketing (like ccbill etc).

Most merchant account providers do not. CCBill is for a membership type system and mainly adults.

Chase / Paymentech is another company (although partially owned by First Data). Otherwise, there is hundreds of ISOs out there (Wells, Bank of America), etc that do not offer support ticketing. This is usually for the adult type websites.
