I am in need of a complete theme for a new vBulletin forum which will be going live soon. The site will be called TalkComedy, and will center around the discussion of all things comedy. I need a complete theme and logo designed for the forum. I am very open to the overall color scheme and design. What I'd like to do is find a designer to whom I can give some info to get the ball rolling, then they come up with a concept.
