I wonder if it's just another "scam". Are they really being bought out, or is this comsotek another creation of Philip's, and he is just merging them. I would tend to think that things are still not going to change.

For you guys who doubt that CosmoTek is a different company, please feel free to investigate. Before turning Web Expose into a hosting company, I resold products from CosmoTek. We have a good relationship.

Oliver, the president of CosmoTek, has become a good friend of mine now. I used to work with his older brother. His partner, Paul, is handling the acquisition. They have even opened a new office, in Montreal, Canada, for the combination of CosmoTek.com and CosmoTek.net. Personnel, with the exception of myself, will be located in that office. They are busy getting things setup up there. They hope to have enough in place before the end of March 2001.

They haven't hired all the additional support staff yet, so I am still handling it. After training the new personnel I will be only handling development. This includes our control panel and future servers. No more support, sales, admin, etc.

Already they have purchased new servers (one should be ready this week). They are almost finished integrating the accounting system. Their accounting system is far superior to ours. Invoices will be mailed with an acknowledgement of payment now....

There are some very necessary changes being made. Oliver is looking to expand but wants to get things fixed first. The additional staff for admin and support will really free up my time to resolve all the open issues. We are determined to make the servers reliable once again.
