Are you talking about locating servers off shore? Are you unhappy with your current location?

Word of advice.
Do not go offshore unless you are making at least hundreds of thousands of dollars. (prefferably millions)
Do it with a real person (tax expert etc)
Not a formations company or online entity.
Spend alot of time making your decisions.
Best of luck.

Thanks, it's still good to discuss the topic.
I heard you can do it for about $3500.. for everything.

Not if you do it properly , again its something you should discuss with an expert , but stick a 0 on the end if you want to do it properly and securely.
There isn't alot of need to do so as regards web hosting.

I have thought of it, but I do not think I am be going offshore. Maybe it depends on location, for Singapore, we have one of the lowest corporate tax rates and the government encourages local companies with grants and tax cuts.
Lastly I believe that we are earning from society, we should also give back to society.

I'm Canadian too. To avoid paying Canadian taxes you have to legally cut all ties with Canada. Maybe you could get your business incorporated offshore and avoid corporate taxation... but when you pulled any money out of your company to pay yourself, wouldn't you still be liable to pay Canadian taxes?
Or in your case, US taxes first, then Canadian taxes?
