Does anyone experienced similar problems?

When I ping the IP address (1.2.3.4) I got 0% loss, but when I ping a domainname on the same server with same IP (ping mydomain.com, mydomain.com's IP is the same 1.2.3.4) I got about 80-90% loss. I tried several times and the same problem.

What can be wrong? My server use CPanel 4.9.

Any suggestion is welcome.

That should not happen, but unless you are willing to provide us with the real domain and IP Address we can't really offer any advice. I would suggest contacting your host to see if they know.

Everything looks OK from here: Both have 0% loss for me.

No problems here, either.

No problems here either, could it have possibly been DNS propagation. Was this site new or recently transferred? Either way things look fine now.
