I'd like to see some reviews or testimonials as well. We're growing fast enough that we need to bring someone on to help monitor and defend.

I sent an email inquiring about their new service to the sales@ address in their post back on 5/7 from a private SPF registered domain of mine. No response after 2 days. So I sent one from a @yahoo account. Nothing. They apparently are not subscribed to their own sales thread either since they have not responded post #5. But I've seen them post regularly to the dedicated server sales forum.

Not really a good sign for a company pitching this as a new service... especially if their spam filter is over aggressive and they don't monitor their junk box for potential sales inquiries.

Just to follow up: they have PM'd me and sent a new email reply to my original email sent on 5/7.

Note that I monitor ALL my bulk folders (private and on yahoo) as I know spam filters can fail. I even checked the exim/maillogs on my private server. I am pretty sure I received no replies until recently.
