Hey - I'm looking for resellers who host with Interland. Would like to know what you guys think about their reseller system as a whole.

Also, what about this new bonus dealio they're offering to resellers in hopes of sparking that end of their business? Do you think it's worth jumping for, or just a ploy? And they're stating that it's one of a number of new things they're planning on doing to hitch more resellers. Anyone heard any news on that those other things might be?

Here's yesterday's press release about it.

From experience, stay away from Interland. I used them before I knew better.

I was having a meeting with one of my customers when one of their telemarketers called them. When my customer asked how they got his number they told him that he was one of their customers. .

My customer handed me the phone! :D

After talking with a few more of my customers, I realized that they must have contacted everyone I was hosting with them.

Everyone was transferred to a new server that week.

Thanks fellas — good stuff here.

So is the "bonus" system? Is it ever used in your experience, as common reseller practice?

I guess support/uptime and then price are most important - little "extras" such as these ... just fluff, or what? Who else does that sorta thing?

danka ..

:D

well, the problem is that it's hard to compete in web hosting market if you have high-prices. You should consider cheaper alternatives and smaller companies, that usually offer better support and service.

check out and read Reseller directory, there are plenty of info
