I guess as a web host myself this spam really annoyed me, as it was for web hosting :angry:
Oh and it used my most hated technique for getting it read, the "Re:" as if there were already a conversation going:

Just do a search: http://webhostingtalk.com/search.php?s=&action=showresults&searchid=464117&sortby=lastpost&sortorder=descending
Look at all those threads with "SPAM" in the title...:D

I suppose, but I was just trying to show you they were already "known spammers" on wht, so this dosn't surprise me...:)

It is still sad that people need to spam to get customers. We do it by way of mouth.
They got our email address from the whois of DirectNic..... Well that is what I hope! They used an email address I only use with DirectNic. I don't think DirectNic would sell my info....... OR WOULD THEY?:eek:

So are they a EX host that couldn't make a legitamate business of it? hence "hostex"
