Hello all,
I am looking for a part time support support position at an established hosting company. I have been working in the hosting industry as a Level 1, 2 support tech, billing agent, and management for about 7 years. I have worked with cpanel and some command line administation. Here is some of my experience.
Experience
Successful Hosting Part-time Support (2005-2006)
Answered Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets
Answered sales e-mails and support tickets
Advertised services on online forums
Hometown Hosting Management, Support, Sales, Billing (2003-2005)
Support/Sales Director at company
Set up whole support department, installed required software, hired employees, created support polices
Monitored support employee's performances
Answered Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets via helpdesk, forum, and live chat
Answered Sales questions via e-mail, helpdesk and forum
Vision Online Networks Support and Sales (2000-2002)
Answered Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets via helpdesk, forum, and live chat
Answered sales questions via e-mail, helpdesk and forum
Advertised VO Network via online forums such as web hosting talk
I am looking for a company that is established and receives more than 2 tickets a day. I am looking to get paid per ticket via paypal.
