I just switched over to webcinch's hosting and I feel their service is already worth noting to the webhosting community. Webcinch.com has been great with moving us over as pain free as possible. We were on a very poor server which made the move difficult, but Eric of Webcinch.com handled it effectively and quickly. He even cared enough about us to move our sites over in the middle of the night, when our sites were receiving the least traffic. Most hosts I have worked with have told me to fill out a form, where the host will handle it within 24-48 hours, at their convenience. Eric was on AIM with me the whole time, making sure we were both on the same page. Clearly he has gone above the call of duty to satisfy a customer. Since moving over, I have yet to have any down time, and the servers are fast. Webcinch is what hosting is suppose to be.

Date I moved over: 4/9/2007
On the current WHT Reseller special
A site to prove we are in-fact hosted with webcinch (on private name servers):
diehardbaseball.com
Moved over from Serverplace.net (would NOT recommend)

I will keep you updated, and feel free to ask any questions.

It's been more than 3 months for me with webcinch. It's been nothing but good service. Eric even notifies us 24 hours in advance via mail when the server will go down for reboot after he is upgrading the kernel.
I have a reseller account on a quad core and experienced no problems at all!
Cheers :)

On the current WHT Reseller special Thread moved to Reseller Hosting Forum.

Thank you for the detailed review, and do keep us updated! It's great that settling in was so easy and pleasant, but long term reliability is what truly defines a host.
