When you have that much disk space to use, if the host were to crash, how long would it take to recalculate quotas?

You can lower the price if you choose to pay an optional setup fee or lower the port speed to 10Mbps.

For the Hybrid servers-

When you have that much disk space to use, if the host were to crash, how long would it take to recalculate quotas?

I'm really not sure - we haven't had any of our Hybrid servers crash. If I had to guess I would say it would be under 15 minutes though.

Regarding Band Width, 2000GB is total in and out, it is not 1000 in & 1000 out right?

Bandwidth is total transfer in + out. We don't do split incoming and outgoing - you can use it how you see fit.
