Thank you for checking out WebNX’s colo specials.

If you have not seen our posts in the past, WebNX is known for offering unique high-end affordable dedicated servers. We are located in Down town Los Angeles, next door to One Wilshire. We have 3 different network offerings, Our Premium mix is Level3, Savvis, Verio, UUnet, Dtag and some local peering. Our Mzima network is primarily used for the local game server clients (as Mzima has some of the best LA peering), and lastly our Value network, which currently is pure Cogent (PCCW will be added in a few months).

One unique offering we can provide is allowing clients to cross connect with their dedicated server(s). If you already have a server with us we will setup a free cross connect to it (all of our servers have at least two network cards). This would make it easy for you to setup a mini cluster, do local backups, load balance, and so on.

We have just gained an extra 1,000 sq’ of data center space, if you have a unique setup / special needs please contact us and we will see what can be done.

Keep an eye out for other specials in the coming weeks, but for now on with this weeks promo!

All servers come with a /29 (5 usable ips) on a private vlan, a remote rebooter port (current done via tickets and within 10 minutes), 10mbps network drop (unless >5mbps or 1TB metered plans)

***High BW Special*** 30 mbps of our premium BW with colo for 2x 1u/2u servers for $1000

1u/2u colo, with 5mbps of value bandwidth - $89
1u/2u colo, with 10mbps of value bandwidth - $140

1u/2u colo, with 1mbps of Premium or Mzima bandwidth - $89

Full 42u rack, 20amps power, 10mbps value bw $650

I sent you an email w/ some questions on 4/14 and then I sent a follow up email a couple days later, and then sent a new email again on 4/20 and I have yet to receive a response to any of them...

Can I please get some answer's, or should I just rule WebNX out? How is support going to be?
I am looking for 2 full cabinets to start, and will grow from there...

I guess they have many customers need to be taken care, or they dont want to sale anymore. I have contacted Dan and Chris few times, for both hardware and colo option. After 1 or 2 replied, I never heard from them again.

So, I decided not to work with them anymore! Good luck with your requests.

We had a good chat on Saturday, let me know if all your questions were not answered.

I see only one past ticket from you almost 5 months ago about a server sale, and the last response was by us. I don't see any tickets regarding colo.

ticket #4611362 if you want to know. I asked for a Opteron server and colo service. I had few customers asking for servers in west coast at that time. I had no reply from Chris, even I forwarded my questions again after that.

Before that ticket, I contacted you through PM here about hardware. You said you will send me Paypal details, but nothing, even I asked twice if my memory still serves me well.

I am looking into the past tickets now. I just scanned over the past 3 months of PM history and didn't see any pm's from you. I normally do not do much via PM's as I like to track everything via our helpdesk or atleast email.

Please contact me at dan@webnx.com and I will follow up there.

Yes, thank you for the information -- the new DC you mentioned seems like it will work out well.
