A:They can. The Cypher Plan comes with 10 CP logins. After the first 10 Free ones. You can add more. They are only a one time fee ( Not per Month) $4 per CP user.

A: Space is $0.05 per MB / Bandwidth is $2.50 / IPs are $1 per month per IP.
