I'v been trying to contact this loosing company for 5 days. Their whois server is completely down and nobody can do transfers away from their company. If you go to their website support section, they ink the text in red telling you how busy they are la di da! I got one human response and all they asked me what domain i was trying to transfer away from them, the rest all are autoresponders.

My domain is sitting out there pending transfer but cannot get my registration and administrative contact information from their servers in order to initiate the transfer. In the end, the transfer will fail for the 3rd time.

What a bunch of loosers!

I hope it gets sorted, I have a couple with them, one since 2000 :bawling:

Edit: No only one. I let one expire a couple of years ago. But the near 7 years old one is still there.

Hmm I am logged in and tried whois. Seems to be working fine.

Who is the gaining registrar? When whois info at the losing registrar cannot be parsed automatically for verification, they should handle this transfer manually.
