I am sure that the same people that are wrapped around this person will take the time to "Attack" how I spell, how I write but a rip is a rip.

Taking my work and then calling me an ******* for saying something about it leaves me one option.

You've taken the time to attack me, and will again, and I am taking the time to post and warn others if you deal with them directly.

Those that attack me to start a fight are obviously part of the group that are defending this thief, just a warning as I post this.

EDIT: They've admitted it, but no apology, and the site remains in it's state, with some words changed, and the randomizing script (Which was php with a flat file database) is gone now, but the layout remains.

Ummm am I the only one lost here? Anyway I have seen those little cartoon kids before somewhere.. Infact I think it was some hosting site the other day.. Anyway Samuel maybe you could fill in some of the blanks.

As far as the cartoon images I cannot speak for, but the layout, the code that is running the site is entirely from devImg.

I don't see any similarity between the two...

The wording on the right isn't enough of a clue? The use of a randomized script for images in the upper right doesnt spark anything?

How about the fact that I personally helped them and they repayed me by ripping my entire layout and code?

Is that enough? Or does it just not "Look" the same.

It that enough? Or does it just not "Look" the same. So I guess they couldn't have gone to a free Java Script site and download a random image script. And that they can't have similar wording. As you said it is SIMILAR not the SAME. The design doesn't look anything like yours.

I helped the person learn includes, they ripped the site's code.

Still doesn't make sense that the code running the site is the same as your site, because if it was, the sites would have some visible similarities, and they currently do not.

It is for a fact, the images and wording have been changed, but to find that they took my work (They have already admitted it, which is something you've apparently warmed over) makes it a rip.

Sorry "dude", but to my untrained eye, those two sites look nothing alike. The code underneath it all, well, we are unable to look at that from the image you provided.

I just don't see it (the rip, I mean). Sorry, though, I hope they take it down or something, if they've already admitted that they ripped you off. Good luck. :(
