What is the best VOIP provider that provides DID's and is reliable, and maybe scoring above a 3 on this test?

Nikotel is the worst. The test failed all circuits busy. Absolute trash these people have oversold their switches by god knows what margin.

If anyone cares to share I'll appreciate it.

3.4 here granted I wouldn't consider this an entirely true test since most will be using some form of termination and/or a PBX somewhere in between as well. There are additional factors I'm sure this test site doesn't take into consideration however it definitely is interesting to say the least :)
