i have been searching for xen control panel that can help provider to deploy and create vps, just like HyperVM.

unfortunately HyperVM only accept paypal, which i don't have a paypal account.

is there other product or open source option for software like HyperVM?

i'm planning to use Centos4.4 as host server and web based application is preferable.

You can make a paypal account they are free...you should try using openvz instead of xen

Try gplhost's CP for Xen. I understand it is open source but I'm not sure of the actual licence.

well, in case there is no other solution, i think i'll convert to Debian.

never mind, perhaps you could ask gplhost where everything goes and manually install it on Centos. Usually these things are simply a matter of packaging, or require a small tweak to get working.
