Can I have a "value server", with free upgrade to 1GB RAM, but with two HDDs, within $100/mo (budget requirement)? I'm ok with downgrading HDDs to 80GB or with paying a single reasonable setup fee for the second HDD. Extra $25/mo will take me above the budget, I fear.

Also, do you provide IP KVMs (temporary or per-request)? At what price?
