I don't know of any and probably wouldn't recommend you use one. Many you will find will be unreliable and/or will not have anywhere near enough the space you need.

I recommend you look for PAID HOSTS that offer reseller accounts and write to them with your request. Tell them what you can do for them - many will see the benefits of extra advertising.

Be prepared to contact many - as most will not want the risk. Trying PMing some people on the forum.

It is too much to hope so. Everyone know that nobody will anything free. If anything offered free, there is some hidden cost.
