I had been an ex-sonataweb customer, and finally decided to move to a new host.

Within a few hours of my order, my account was setup and the next day my account(s) were transferred over within a few hours of my ticket request. Going smooth so far, and I will post a review in a few weeks :)

Hello ALee!
I am a current customer of Budgetreseller and I must tell you that thier service is outstanding. Greg is a wonderful person and is willing to help do anything he can. Him and his staff are 100% reliable and dependable. I have been with them now for a few months and I have no complaints what-so ever. I have a VPS with them and I started on a reseller account BR02 with them and my business has grown and Greg had my VPS setup and ALL my current customers moved in less then 24 hours with no problems or issues. It was really stress free on my part.

Good luck with BR as you have made a great choice!
Thanks!
M. Williams

Moving from Sonataweb was long overdue!!! I bailed from them after reading a thread on here. I hadn't realized the issues but quickly said bye! :-) I'm with a local telco and with a new hosting company I found on here, LaneHost. No problems so far and all is well.

3 supporting staff can take care24/7, if dont have many issues. Anyway, I would like to know
- how fast do they reply too?
- how about the quality of answers?

And it's always good to see another happy customer :)

I take this as the first update. :)

So, how fast do they reply?Usually within 10-15 minutes, depending on the issue.

They're really helpful. Sometimes I haven't been home and wasn't available to answer some of their questions, yet they would still find a way to fix the problems!

I was just trying to transfer a cpanel account from my old host but ran into a few problems with the backup I made. So I sent out a ticket and they took it into their own hands, they've been working on it with updates ever since. It almost seems as though they care more the issue than me! Very impressive service.

The quality of answers? I can't say enough about that. Their techies really know what they're talking about, and they do a great job of explaining hosting-related issues. I've received answers in the length of PARAGRAPHS, that's how thorough they are. :)
