Is anyone in the world able to get lpanel to reply to them? I have several tickets over 1 month old, and none of the crew there will reply to any tickets, emails, forum posts, or AIMs, even though we are paying extra for their support. I tried Mike, Mikel, Scott, Casey, and Jodan all without success. We were reselling lpanel to clients, but all are cancelling now because they can't get their licenses activated, etc. If anyone knows how to get a reply, I would love to hear how. They are simply not replying to anything.

Well I am glad you were able to resolve this!
We walked away from lpanel after they were MIA (missing in action) on support requests.
If we are going to use a company's software and have it run our billing....which deals with $$$$$$$$$$.....which we are all in this business to make then I want prompt attention to my tickets/problems. Not having them open for days and days with no response.

You fly to Chicago in July for HostingCon and visit their stand - at least thats what several people did last year in Vegas !
