URGENT!

Okay folks, need a designer for sure by Friday 13th 2007 (April)

What is needed:

1. Website Created (designed and coded) will need to be integrated into V-Bulletin (will discuss on msn if not sure)
2. Matching forum design

This is for a graphic community and we will be starting the project end of April however my clients need to be informed by the 25th so this Friday so we can set an appointment with the client to confirm satisfaction.

Our Expect Budget - $450 (25% down, 25% after half the work is done, and 50% upon satisfaction).

If you can help contact me or pm me I need to get this up and going asap.

Note $450 is the max we can spend, if you can do it cheaper please do as it will benefit you in the long run trust me :)
