The problems contiue. I can't get my server to send mail. I've tried with and without the POP before SMTP patch. Either way I get:
The message could not be sent because one of the recepients was rejected by the server...Server response 550 Relaying denied.
What's the cause of this and how do I fix it?
For E-Mail parameters I have:
Smart Relay Host Name: Blank
Relay for the following Hosts/Domains: IP and domain.com
Host/Domain Aliases: IP and domain.com

How did this get in here? Could someone move it over to the Cobalt forum? Thanks.

Moved. What server do you have and what Pop-Auth did you install? For RaQ3's, the .12 (errrr... something like that), not the 3-pre something version worked fine for me. The pre-whatever version didn't do it. Maybe this is the problem?

Are you sure you checked your e-mail before you tried to send some? :)

I had the 1.3pre1 release on there, and checked my e-mail first, but no success. Either way, shouldn't it have worked fine before installing the patch?

Hi :)if you have the pop before relay installed , after installing the patches , smtp will no longer work, i get the same error you have, try uninstalling-reinstalling the pop before smtp and you should be okay :)
or you can try adding your domain or the list of domains you are sending mail to in the allow relaying.

For RaQ3, I uninstalled pre-whatever and installed the other one and it worked fine. Try uninstalling it and reinstalling the other version.
