Since my post was deleted. What speeds do you guarantee?

We have a 1Gbit/s-Line - fully usable - for our servers. And we are no "big" hosting company with thousands of servers.
Thus, the speed should be very good at any time, however, of course depending on the country where you are (I guess in China the speed should be worse than in UK, for example).
A speed-guarantee can't be provided, else we would be liable for any short speed-downtime, even if it would only be a second.
