View Full Version : Liquidweb HELP I NEED OUT!!!

I was a reseller with liquidweb that was no good. So I went to a dedicated with liquidweb. BRAINFART!!! They told me they would give me full support. Wrong! They told me they would move my accounts for me. Wrong! They told me 2 weeks from order to server setup try one month. The only reason I stay with them is all my current accounts use their name servers. I moved 16 accounts to the new server 2 days ago. 10 if the domain names still go to the old IPs. I have customers losing email. All I get is the name servers have to update. What can I do? This is my worst nightmare come true. Help! Help! Help!

I want a host with vdi I like the control panel. I guess I'm going to cut my losses and move on they are just getting worse and worse.

This is very strange, liquidweb has a good reputation. Maybe the problem is from the servers and they couldn't do anything about it at that time.

Actually there have many many bad posts about liquid web, and saying that it might be because of servers they cant do anything about is rediculous, besides it should never take a month to correct any situation, that is just rediculous.

I've given them every chance in the world. 2 weeks after I went with them I had a site down 6 days. I had 2 shopping carts down for a week and a half they told me it was "hopeless" that was the owner talking. The only way I kept the customers is they finally setup my server and I put them on it. They are among a lucky few that got their domains switched. Ross is the only help I've had from them. I don't want my business depending on "hopeless" support.

Sorry, I didn't know it was that bad. This reminds me when I started as a reseller with halfpricehosting, thanks to their poor tech support, I got my own servers.
