I'm trying to make a site that helps people find specific products. Basically like a search engine but powered by actual people. I need it to have two main features...
Live Support
Just a basic live support script but perferrably with the ability to show pictures to the other person.
Forum/Blog
I also want people to be able to post questions on the website and have them appear on the main page, sort of like IPB does. The thing is I don't want it to look like a forum and I want it integratable with the rest of the main page, kind of like Cute news.
It's mainly the last part that I'm unsure about. I could easily use something simple where the user types in their question, submits it, and it shows up all on the main page. But I don't know what kind of script to look for. Any suggestions?
