I'm fairly new to this. I just bought a reseller's account last week and I have my first client. I'm trying to create a client an account, I'm offering him a free subdomain for the hosting he wants to order. So, I create the subdomain for him.. client.mydomain.com
And then, I go to create the account.. and it gives me this error message when I try to create it saying there's already an account with that domain..
Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf : line 3132)I want to give him cPanel access and FTP and all, but I just don't know how to create the account. Please help.
Ohh, I'm also using cPanel and WHM by the way. Thanks.
