In searching for answers and advice on which host to sign up with, I've come down to the last 2. And now, I see how carriers might be a factor. Question is: Should carrier/s the host is using be a factor in choosing?

If so, please explain why. I assume that most host uses multiple carriers for redundancy. That being the case, which carriers should I look or watch out for?

Only if you want people to be able to get to your website :)

While some people seem happy with 2 or maybe 3 carriers, other prefer something a little more 'robust' like NAC's setup

While you'll probably never see $99 a month servers anywhere in there, they must be doing something right with the amount of hosts that reside within.
