Planetary Backup Pro 3.5 Enterprise

Is an all in one backup software to backup Windows data to different devices or storage areas including - Email, FTP, LAN, Hddisk, Another folder, etc

Set times, days, schedules, multiple locations to backup - all possible.

It uses major compression techniques (under 7000 files) and zips them up using Blowfish encryption.

The software is freely downloadable at www.download.com - however fails to support and work on Vista. The Enterprise edition however does work on Vista.

Now heres what its all about - We are no longer interested in selling the software.
However there are conditions. Donot ask or argue why since those are our terms :

1. The Software Name cannot be changed.
2. The About Us page will mentioned 'Created by Shivam Parikh & YOUR NAME/COMPANY'.
3. You get a DEMO edition (Shareware) as well as FULL (retail) so you can offer it to your customer or sell it. The Demo edition will have banners (if you want) so you just upload a banner page on your site/server and it will keep updating the advertisments every xx minutes when the user is online. You can have banner on demo or full or both as per requirement.
4. I will not sell the software ever again (and can sign to that).
5. All bugs for the next 3-4 months will be resolved by my coders. (if any)
6. Software size is appx 5.4 MB

I dont think you can sell this products. I use this software before :)

I can sell MY RIGHTS to it and transfer it. The software will have no changes as mentioned though except an updated About Page and my removal of licensing over the product to the new owner.
