This is a great service that you are offering.
In my opinion I think it would be better to quote a special price on a per page basis instead of a flat fee of $300. I would have a minimum price per page for like 500 words and images and then go up from their if their are more words or a considerable amount of images.
Good luck with your ne venture.
Andrew
I agree, it's a pretty uniqe service being offered...
Good Luck, I hope everything goes alright...:D

Thanks for you feedback andy :)
I know what you say ... I've done some research ... and found that translate prices are about $0.1 to $0.6 per word, So... I think this is a very cheap offer ... dont you think?
So... $300 is about 500 to 3000 words on these prices...
and we will translate a 15 page site plus images for this ....
Cause we need to measure time taken for translate, modify images and rebuild on site .... so 3 works is okey to make an average, so we can put a final price to this. :D
I do the html/graphic things, plus technic translate, and my parter (a girl) do the text translate.
And she's really good (originally speaks spanish, and it's teacher of english, with 10 years of study of english plus 5 years of portuguese).
We are in the way to contact a friend in Italy for the italian translations ... and will have to research for someone on French, German ... maybe later.
So... who is ready to be our first "internationalized" client ? :D
Regards.

Sure... it's beautifull to read text translated this way...
Original: Not to make anyone mad. But I can do more languages on my own for free.
Spanish: Para no hacer cualquier persona enojado. Pero puedo hacer más lenguajes en mis el propios para libre.
Back to English: Not to do any person angered. But I can make more languages in my the own ones for free.
I vote for human translations :D

I have to agree, the online translators are useless. If you want real translation, go with a human :)

I don't mean to rain on anyone's business plan, but be aware that when you start putting up translated pages, you'll start getting questions in those languages as well.
We have a site with multiple languages that now gets us a significant amount of foreign language traffic in our support email as well :).

LOL... I don't speak those other languages.. so I'm not sure how well a online translator does.
