i am searching for a whitelabel hosting product that offers an api that allows fully integration in existing pages/webdesign while still providing a full featureset from shared/vps and evt dedicated hosting products as well as end customer billing and support. it should make it possible to resell this hosting product with minor effort under your own name as if it would be yours.

is there anything close to this requirements out there?

The only company that I can think of which will give an all-in-one solution like you mentioned is resellerspanel.. But personally, I would never take that approach. You need some control over your business.. otherwise you'll be just like any other host.

I concur with stealthdevil; you need as much control as possible. The last thing you want to do is to have your business model and primary revenue based on another provider.
