View Full Version : 2checkout deposit yesterday?
2Grumpy 07-09-2002, 01:15 AM I emailed 2co but never got an answer so figured I'd just ask around.
Logged into my admin panel to find my account balances near 0 and nearly jumped outta my skin this morning, then I saw that under payments there was one done last night (aka deposit into my checking).
Did I miss something on new deposit scheules or am I just special? :D
vSector 07-09-2002, 01:17 AM I have a similar problem. My payment never made it to my account. sure enough my balance is 0 and a payment was made (well it says it was) but no money and its the 10
I get my monies via direct wire transfer.

2Grumpy 07-09-2002, 01:20 AM No you misunderstand (well sort of I think) I got my payment on the 1st, hell it's nearly spent (2 servers really hit the bank hard) but I had ANOTHER deposit last night on the 8th.
This is the 2nd deposit so far in July.

It's probably due to an update in the billing system. Rather than make you wait on the extra funds they'd released them early for your spending pleasure.

Santoman 07-09-2002, 07:54 PM I got mail today from them, because I had a couple of customers that hadn't been billed yet this month.
They told me they did a gateway update the other day. Some accounts I think fell through the cracks, while others got taken care of.
Mine fell.
Yours didn't.
Hopefully things will get back to normal. I'm very happy with 2checkout.

One of our Coders got a tad carried away and the balance field got dumped from the accounts.
This has been corrected (we caught him boarding a plane to the Caymen Islands with a big suitcase)

So there was, or wasn't a deposit made on my account? It still shows "yes" so I guess there was?
