Hey all. I am looking for these documents, or at least some basics to start with and build my own. Are there any resources available or do any of you ever offer to share yours to be used as a foundation? Any help is appreciated!

You have most likely heard this before, but your best bet would be to talk with a lawyer. For around $300 you can sleep at night knowing you are covered from every angle.

Its also best to contact a lawyer that practices in the state where you have your business. That way all local laws will be covered as well.

Actualy TOS agreements are very generic - also most virtual and dedicated companies allow you to use their own. The major points are listed on most agreements, word for word most times.

Web Hosting Agreements (not TOS or AUP) should be written by a lawyer. Don't copy someone else's and assume everything's correct! As mentioned above, finding a lawyer who understands how law works in the Province/State you operate in will ensure everything runs smoothly and is completely legal.

Telephone your local lawyer for advise. It is pretty standard presedure for most lawyers (at least in my town it is) and they will probably have one on file that just needs a little editing. We paid approx £55 for our T&C and we took the risk of writing our own AUP but included "We may edit this document at any time without prior notice." So if we encounter any problems we change it and let the client know.
