Umm I could be wrong here but I think this was gone over a couple times.. I suggest emailing HS and asking him.. I think its $50 a week..

Thank you very much for your message. OKIHost is correct...the stickies are part of a new testing phase ($50 per week for now) of advertisements that are being introduced to WHT (in the ad forums).

There was a thread announcing it in the "WebHostingTalk Lounge" for the past week, but now that I've just checked, it seems to be gone...

OK, I totally understand the idea of a paid sticky post, but I don't think the post should be allowed to remain with the subject line:

if the offer is no longer available. It's misleading and I don't think the paid posts should receive special treatment that the other posts wouldn't, other than being at the top of the page.

It's nothing personal (I'm not a competitor or anything like that), and I definetely don't think it's your fault, but I do think this is an important issue as things could easily get out of hand in the future. I just wanted to bring this to the mods attention so that they could prevent it in the future.

It's all for the good of the community :)
