It looks to be a third party processor. Only 3% charge with no per transaction fee? but there is a $50 per month fee.

If someone is doing high volume business it could be worth it.

But why haven't I heard of them till yesterday?

They could be an Authorize.Net reseller. There are thousands of resellers all over the place. Some come right out and say it's Authorize.Net while others are a little more sneaky...

Then again, maybe they're not...

But aren't authorize.net resellers offering actual merchant accounts? It seems this company does 3rd party processing, like 2checkout and Revecom.

I've never personally heard of them, however, they do look to be a 3rd party processing company like Revecom & 2Checkout.

Since no one has heard of them I am very hesitant. Isn't there one person who can say he knows this company?

I have heard of them. I visited their site a few times over the last 14 months or so to see if they would eventually lower the monthly fee. I can not vouch for their quality of service though since I've not used them.
