I need a new design for my free web hosting site. The site is at http://www.NewbieSite.com. These are the items I want

1. Design for the main page
a. It should be less than 60K. Small Flash okay, not necessary.
2. Design for a inside page
a. Prefers if the navigation is on the header.
3. 2 logos (1. For NewbieSite.com and 1 for Free-Hosting.net)
a. Both should have same themes
4. 4 Banners (2 480X60 banner and 2 small banners)
a. Animated banners are preferred.

I am targeting consumer market. So the design should be in that line. It shouldn’t be very techie oriented themes. http://www.DotEasy.com is a good model to start with. But design shouldn’t as cluttered as doteasy.

as a matter of fact, the DotEasy home page has a very nice web design! the 'clutter' that you refer to has a positive feel about it and not the so-often-seen silly standardized look many web site designs appear to have these days.

you may want to use 'clutter' effectively as the design on the DotEasy home page uses.
