I have several "mosso (http://www.mosso.com)" related hosting domains for sale.

I no longer have time for this idea, but what I was planning when I registered them was to offer hosting to end-customers who wanted a website hosted on the mosso.com system, but do not need/want to pay for an entire reseller account.

For example, if you are an individual website owner and want to host your site on mosso.com.. currently the only way to do this is purchase a $100 reseller account from mosso.com. What I was thinking is to market a hosting plan directly to the end-website-owners, using the mosso.com name brand and sales info, so that the website-owner wouldn't have to pay for a big reseller plan when they only needed a single website.

I think the idea has a lot of potential for someone who is able to target their market and show that mosso.com is a good solution for the end-website-owner, etc..

The following domains are available:

mymosso.com
gomosso.com
mossohost.com
mossohosting.com

Please PM me if you are interested. I prefer to sell them all as a package.

Mmm, trademark infringement.

We have contacted them several times to ask if we can use their name in the domains... I even sent them a letter.

I never heard back from them.

See the little 'trademark' symbol?
That means lawsuit in Spanish. Or some other language. ;)

Holding onto these domains is going to result in a lawsuit.

Well, I suppose that's up to the buyer to decide then, isn't it? :)

Like I said, I have send them a letter and several emails, and they've never responded. I even have a signature receipt from the letter to show it was received.

Part of trademark suit would be to "protect" the trademark. Having a verified-receipt letter that shows they didn't give a fart about my question regarding the use of the mark would show they history/precident they are not actively pursuing the trademark.

Anyway... I appreciate your points. Let's let the buyer (if any) decide.

I would be very surprised if Mosso wouldnt care about it. Companies trademark their names to create a brand; many times companies dont allow any non-company affiliated personnel to use their name is because perspective clients may think that because of your domain, you are affiliated with the company. Look at eBay for example, if your domain has those four words together anywhere in it and they find out about it, they will come knocking on your door.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade, just ensuring that all perspective buyers are fully aware of the risk before buying. :)
