Hello,

I am looking for the system/script to communicate with staff such as work-load, display monthly shift schedule... and more information that should not be released to outside..including server information....

Is there any good system to do so?

anyone?

Thanks

Just to touch on this, you don't need SupportSuite to get most of those features... they are also available under eSupport.

We developed that for our staff to keep a close eye on the work of every CSE!

They can simply login and upload their reports and then at the end of the day I simply login and check things kind of thingy...

Hello,

I have developed many similar programs for factories and laboratories. The leaders, technicians and workers can request materials and samples from the store keepers and sample staff through the program. The team leaders can also allocate jobs to technicians and workers, etc....

In most cases, the database is saved in a LAN computer. The users are using a desktop client connect to the database.

SugarCRM might be something you want to look at. It has lots of user contributions for stuff like employee scheduling and timesheets. There is an open source version which is free also. http://www.sugarforge.org/
