Hey, I have a raq with about 30 paying clients, some paid the year some pay monthly, If you wanted to lets say give up the company, how do you go about selling the clients. What do you do with the clients? How does that all work?

Thanks

Well, a bit more information would be good.

How many clients pay monthly?
How many clients pay Yearly?

What are the hosting packages spec?

How much $$ would you want for each client sold?

I am interested.

First steps:

1. Gather all of the demographic information you can regarding these clients, including their locations, what they get, what they pay, and what their payment schedules are.

2. Come up with a reasonable value that you would like to get for these clients.

3. Advertise your sale, do not disclose your clients.

4. Collect a list of interested parties, get NDA's signed from each, disclose detailed information to those who comply.

5. Listen to offers, both monetary and what their plans are.

6. Research each offerer's track record.

7. Make a decision, and then a sale. Or you can start a bidding process at this point.

8. Collect payment, transfer customers, oversee the transition.

I think that about sums it up.

The credit card clients that pay are recurring monthly, wich equals $260 a month for jus the credit card clients, then 10 clients who paid with a check for 6 months and some for a year. in total its around $550 per month total. There all located in the US.

Why do you want to Sell?

Sounds to me like you have a very profitable operation started, provided your not paying out the nose for your raq.

Is that what you sold it for?

Or is that what you are asking?
