I had purchased this recently in order to develop it into something. I've since become bogged down with other projects and I seriously don't know if I'll ever have time to devote to this.

I have no idea how much this is worth, but I will definitely entertain all offers. I'll probably look at all offers sometime next week and see if its worth selling.
