I was wondering if any freelance web designers have a style like Microsoft.com's new Windows Vista website style, but for a web hosting company. With that sort of background and everything.

Also, a price check... (Low budget).

Not really, like the Windows Vista web site template. Go Microsoft search "vista"

That style is not too original... I think you wont have problems to find some designer. But you should put a price range... so anybody (designers and you) will waste his time.
